2. Description of Service

GulfWorkr is an online employment platform that connects job seekers with employers primarily across the Gulf region. We provide digital tools for employers to post job openings and search for candidates, and for job seekers to post resumes, search for jobs, and apply to relevant opportunities. GulfWorkr does not guarantee employment for seekers nor guarantee candidate hires for employers.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

To use certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breaches.

4. Employer Obligations

Employers utilizing GulfWorkr to source talent agree to post strictly legitimate, accurate, and existing job opportunities. Employers are prohibited from posting fraudulent roles, multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes, or requesting any form of application fee from job seekers. GulfWorkr reserves the right to suspend or terminate employer accounts that violate these fair practices.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

GulfWorkr offers premium subscription plans for both seekers and employers to enhance platform visibility and access. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (such as Ziina). All fees are non-refundable unless legally mandated. By upgrading to a premium plan, you authorize GulfWorkr to charge the provided payment method for the agreed-upon duration.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content, features, algorithms, and branding on the platform—excluding user-submitted resumes and employer logos—are the exclusive property of GulfWorkr. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce our intellectual property without express written consent.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms of Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

GulfWorkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform. We do not independently verify the accuracy of job postings or seeker resumes and assume no liability for employer-employee disputes.
